Islamabad, September 30, 2026: NA Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq visited the residence of late former Federal Minister, Member of the National Assembly, and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Law and Justice, Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk. The Speaker expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and shared their grief over the passing of the veteran parliamentarian.

 

NA Speaker said that the demise of Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk is an irreparable loss.

 

Paying tribute to the late parliamentarian’s parliamentary, political, and social services, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk had discharged his responsibilities as a Member of the National Assembly with dedication, sincerity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the late parliamentarian rendered valuable services for legislation, the promotion of democratic values, and public welfare. He said that with his passing, the National Assembly had lost an experienced and active parliamentarian. His parliamentary and public services would always be remembered.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq expressed his sympathies with the bereaved family and said that he fully shared their grief and sorrow in this difficult hour.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq prayed to Allah Almighty to bless the departed soul of Chaudhry Mahmood Bashir Virk with the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and grant patience and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
