Islamabad: 24th July 2026; Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has extended heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Ayesha Javed, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Finance, on her inclusion as a contributing author in Routledge's internationally acclaimed publication, Women in Public Finance: Stories of Gender in Budgeting.

 

The Speaker lauded Ms. Javed's remarkable achievement, describing it as a matter of pride for Pakistan. He noted that her chapter, "Limitless Skies and Endless Dreams," reflects not only her professional excellence but also the growing role of Pakistani women in public finance, policymaking, and gender-responsive budgeting.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that the accomplishments of Pakistani women on international platforms project a positive image of the country and demonstrate the immense talent, dedication, and intellectual capacity of Pakistan's public servants. He emphasized that such achievements inspire the younger generation, particularly women, to pursue excellence and contribute meaningfully to national development.

 

The Speaker reaffirmed his support for initiatives that promote women's participation and leadership in public institutions, stating that an inclusive and merit-based environment is essential for sustainable progress and effective governance.

اسلام آباد: 24 جولائی 2026ء: اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق نے وزارتِ خزانہ کی ڈپٹی سیکرٹری محترمہ عائشہ جاوید کو معروف بین الاقوامی اشاعتی ادارے راؤٹلیج (Routledge) کی شہرۂ آفاق کتاب "Women in Public Finance: Stories of Gender in Budgeting" میں بطور معاون مصنفہ شامل کیے جانے پر دلی مبارکباد پیش کی ہے۔

 

اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی نے محترمہ عائشہ جاوید کی اس شاندار کامیابی کو پاکستان کے لیے باعثِ فخر قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان کا تحریر کردہ باب "Limitless Skies and Endless Dreams" نہ صرف ان کی پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیتوں کا مظہر ہے بلکہ جینڈر ریسپانسیو بجٹنگ کے شعبوں میں پاکستانی خواتین کے بڑھتے ہوئے مؤثر کردار کی بھی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔

 

اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے کہا کہ پاکستانی خواتین کی بین الاقوامی سطح پر نمایاں کامیابیاں ملک کا مثبت تشخص اجاگر کرتی ہیں اور پاکستان کے سرکاری افسران کی غیر معمولی صلاحیت، لگن اور فکری استعداد کا ثبوت ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس نوعیت کی کامیابیاں خصوصاً نوجوان نسل اور خواتین کے لیے باعثِ ترغیب ہیں کہ وہ اعلیٰ کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے قومی ترقی میں مؤثر کردار ادا کریں۔

 

اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی نے خواتین کی سرکاری اداروں میں مؤثر شمولیت اور قیادت کے فروغ کے لیے اپنے عزم کا اعادہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ میرٹ، مساوی مواقع اور شمولیتی ماحول ہی پائیدار ترقی کا راز ہے۔
