Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq along with Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif attended the funeral ceremony of the late Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in Tehran  During the ceremony, the Speaker offered Fateha and prayed for the departed soul, expressing deep respect and solemn remembrance.

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq also met with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, and the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. He conveyed heartfelt condolences on behalf of the National Assembly of Pakistan and the people of Pakistan.

Paying rich tribute to the late Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Speaker acknowledged his distinguished services to the Islamic Republic of Iran and described his passing as a profound loss for the Iranian nation. He attended the ceremony at the invitation of the Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
