Islamabad, 26th May 2026: Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has extended heartfelt greetings to the people of Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah on the blessed occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Eid-ul-Azha is a sacred religious occasion observed in remembrance of the unparalleled sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismail (AS), symbolizing complete submission and unwavering obedience to the command of Allah Almighty. He added that the occasion imparts the timeless lessons of selflessness, sacrifice, patience, perseverance, and service to humanity.

 

NA Speaker stated that the true essence of Eid-ul-Azha lies in the sacrifice of personal desires, ego, and individual interests for the sake of collective welfare and the pleasure of Allah Almighty. He noted that the blessed occasion also promotes the values of compassion, tolerance, brotherhood, and care for the underprivileged and deserving segments of society.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq further stated that on this joyous occasion, the affluent should share their happiness with the poor, needy, and underprivileged, and extend wholehearted support and assistance to them. He underscored that unity, national cohesion, and mutual respect are essential for a strong, stable, and prosperous Pakistan.

 

Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq further said that while celebrating Eid, the oppressed people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine must not be forgotten, as they continue to face grave human rights violations and are even deprived of the basic freedom to observe their religious obligations. He called for an immediate end to atrocities in these regions and urged the international community to take effective notice of the situation.

 

NA Speaker prayed to Allah Almighty to bless Pakistan with peace, progress, prosperity, and stability, and grant its people the strength to contribute positively towards national development through unity and harmony.

 

Deputy Speaker National Assembly, Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, in his message, also extended Eid greetings and said that Eid-ul-Azha conveys the universal message of sacrifice, unity, brotherhood, and compassion. He stressed the importance of promoting tolerance, empathy, and service to humanity for the establishment of a peaceful, strong, and welfare-oriented society.

 

 

اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق کی عیدالاضحیٰ کے پُرمسرت موقع پر مسلم امہ خصوصاً پاکستانی عوام کو مبارکباد

 

عیدالاضحیٰ ہمیں ایثار، اخوت اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی رضا کے آگے سرِ تسلیم خم کرنے کا درس دیتی ہے، اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی

 

اسلام آباد، 26 مئی 2026ء: اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سردار ایاز صادق نے عیدالاضحیٰ کے پُرمسرت موقع پر پوری قوم اور عالمِ اسلام کو دلی مبارکباد پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ یہ بابرکت مذہبی تہوار حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام اور حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام کی عظیم قربانی اور اللہ تعالیٰ کے حکم کے سامنے کامل تسلیم و رضا کی یاد میں منایا جاتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عیدالاضحیٰ ہمیں ایثار و قربانی، صبر و استقامت اور انسانیت کی خدمت کا عظیم درس دیتی ہے۔

 

اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی نے کہا کہ عیدالاضحیٰ کا حقیقی پیغام اپنی خواہشات، انا اور ذاتی مفادات کو اجتماعی بھلائی اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی رضا کے لیے قربان کرنے میں مضمر ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ مقدس موقع ہمیں باہمی محبت، رواداری، بھائی چارے اور معاشرے کے کمزور و مستحق طبقات کی مدد اور دلجوئی کا احساس دلاتا ہے۔

 

اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے کہا کہ خوشیوں کے اس موقع پر ہمیں غریب، نادار اور ضرورت مند افراد کو فراموش نہیں کرنا چاہیے، انہیں اپنی خوشیوں میں شریک کرنا اور دل کھول کر ان کی مدد کرنی چاہیے۔ اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی نے اتحاد، قومی یکجہتی اور باہمی احترام کے فروغ کی ضرورت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایک مضبوط، مستحکم اور خوشحال پاکستان کے لیے اتحاد و اتفاق ناگزیر ہے۔

 

اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے کہا کہ عیدالاضحیٰ کے اس بابرکت موقع پر ہمیں بھارت کے غیر قانونی زیرِ قبضہ جموں و کشمیر اور فلسطین کے مظلوم مسلمانوں کو بھی یاد رکھنا چاہیے، جو ظلم و جبر کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں اور جنہیں عید کی نماز کی ادائیگی اور قربانی جیسے مذہبی فرائض کی انجام دہی تک کی آزادی حاصل نہیں۔ انہوں نے مقبوضہ کشمیر اور فلسطین میں معصوم شہریوں کے خلاف جاری جارحیت کے فوری خاتمے اور عالمی برادری کی مؤثر توجہ کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔

 

اسپیکر سردار ایاز صادق نے اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا کی کہ پاکستان کو امن، ترقی، خوشحالی اور استحکام عطا فرمائے اور پاکستانی قوم کو اتحاد و اتفاق کے ساتھ ملک کی ترقی میں اپنا مؤثر کردار ادا کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔

 

اس موقع پر ڈپٹی اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی سید غلام مصطفیٰ شاہ نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا کہ عیدالاضحیٰ اتحاد، قربانی، بھائی چارے اور ایثار کا عظیم درس دیتی ہے۔ انہوں نے اس پُرمسرت موقع پر محبت، برداشت اور انسانیت کی خدمت کے جذبے کو فروغ دینے کی ضرورت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایک مضبوط، پُرامن اور فلاحی معاشرے کی تشکیل کے لیے ان اقدار کا فروغ ناگزیر ہے۔
