Acting President Sardar Ayaz Sadiq warmly welcomes Successful negotiations between Government’s Negotiation Committee and the Joint Action Committee in Azad Jammu and Kashmir

Islamabad, 4th October 2025:Acting President of Pakistan Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has warmly welcomed the successful negotiation between the Government’s Negotiation Committee and the Joint Action Committee in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
 
He stated that the agreement between the two sides is positive and constructive development, emphasizing that the restoration of peace and normalcy in the region is a matter of great satisfaction.
 
Acting President Sardar Ayaz Sadiq also said that with the successful negotiation, all baseless rumours and conspiracies against Pakistan have been laid to rest.He commended the efforts of both the Government’s negotiation team and the Joint Action Committee for their responsible and result-oriented approach.
 
The Acting president reiterated that public welfare and peace remain the chief priority of the government of Pakistan. He urged all stakeholders to focus on unity and national development instead of paying heed to unfounded rumours.
“Pakistan and Kashmir are inseparable. The protection of the rights of the Kashmiri people will always remain our foremost priority,” he added.
