Visit of Chairman of  Majlis Al Shura Saudi Arabia depicts strong Parliament to Parliament contacts between both nations says NA Deputy Speaker

NA Deputy Speaker extends warm welcome to  Chairman of Majlis Ash Shura of Saudi Arabia visiting Pakistan to attend International Constitutional  Convention

Islamabad : 9th May 2023: Chairman of Majlis Ash-Shura Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr.Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al -Shiekh called on Deputy Speaker National Assembly Zahid Akram Durrani in Islamabad today.

The Saudi Parliamentary Delegation led by Chairman of Majlis Al-Shura Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is on an official visit to Pakistan for participating in the International Constitutional Convention to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the  Constitution from 10th May to 11th May 2023.

While warmly welcoming the Saudi Parliamentary delegation led by Chairman Of Majlis Al-Shura Dr Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh,  Deputy Speaker National Assembly Zahid Akram Durrani  said that this visit depicts strong parliament to parliament contacts between both countries beside having deep religious, cultural and brotherly relations.

He also said that Pakistani people always look with reverence to their brethren in Saudi Arabia.He also said that Pakistan as a nation always stood with Saudi Arabia .He expressed his hope that  this visit would further enhance the ties between both nations.

Chairman of Majlis Al-Shura Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh said that the Pakistani nation and its people have always been close to Saudi Arabia. He prayed that Pakistan may continue to progress and develop. He also expressed his satisfaction and happiness to visit Pakistan. He said that Pakistan as a nation is bound to progress and develop.


While inviting the Saudi Parliamentary Delegation to visit Northern Areas of Pakistan, Deputy Speaker National Assembly Zahid Akram Durrani  said that Pakistan is a blessed state and has diverse tourism places to visit. During the meeting, the Saudi Parliamentary Delegation also mentioned their plan to visit Balochistan.
