Islamabad; May 2, 2023: owing to special concern and instructions of Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf, the death of precious cattle of ex-Councilor Galiana Mr. Qanayt Khan due to rains and electric has been resolved. He also appreciated the proactive role performed by Mr. Javed Ashraf in drawing attention to this incident.
Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf directed the concerned department to investigate the incident and compensate the victims. Following the Speaker's instructions, Chief Coordinator to Speaker National Assembly Mr. Salim Khan . As a result, relevant departments contacted the victim's family and after full departmental action, paid them a compensation check of Six hundred and seventy-five thousand Rupees for the loss. Speaker National Assembly appreciated the special efforts of the Chief Coordinator to the Speaker National Assembly Salim Khan in this regard.
The aggrieved family expressed gratitude to Speaker National Assembly and Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Raja Pervez Ashraf and his team for mobilizing the concerned departments. He also said that former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf is a people-friendly and sincere leader as he and his team never left the people of their constituency alone in every difficult hour and has always stood by them.
