NA Speaker awarded Appreciation certificate to Sub Inspector Zahid Hussain of ICT Police; Bravery and courage of SI Zahid Hussain saved Parliament house from an untoward incident: NA Speaker

Islamabad: 30th June 2022; Speaker National Assembly  Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that bravery and courage are the identity of our law enforcement agencies. He said that the law and order situation in the country is interlinked with efficient and honest police personnel. He expressed these views while awarding Certified of Appreciation to SI Mr.Zahid Hussain of ICT Police who stopped an armed person from entering into the Building of Parliament House on 12th July 2021.

Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf also instructed National Assembly Secretariat to write a letter to ICT Police for shoulder promotion of Brave SI Zahid Hussain. He also awarded a cash prize to an honest police officer. He said that our society needs such dedicated police officers for the security of our masses.
