Federal minister for Education calls on NA Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani

Islamabad: 24th February 2023; Federal Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain called on Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani at the Parliament House today. They deliberated on matters related to the upgradation of educators, the present status of educational institutions in Bannu, and other matters of mutual interest.
Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani stated that there was an urgent need for the upgradation of teachers in the educational institutions of Bannu. He further stressed on the need to take special initiatives for the development of educational institutes to provide quality education, especially in far-flung districts.
Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani also proposed the establishment of technical colleges in Bannu to provide basic technical skills to the youth. He said that the youth of Bannu and affiliated districts were very talented, and providing them with technical education could enhance skilled manpower and enable them to play a pivotal role in the development of the country.
