Constitutional Amendment Bill to make South Punjab a Separate Province submitted to Speaker NA 

 

Islamabad: 25th March 2022 ; Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qurashi Federal  Minister for Foreign Affairs submitted a constitutional amendment  Bill to make South Punjab a Separate Province in Speaker's office today. He said that this constitutional amendment  Bill reflects the agenda of PTI government and speaks for the wishes  of masses of South Punjab. He said that this bill was approved by Cabinet and it  also has been  vetted  by Federal Ministry of Law.

 

Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has directed to include this in Agenda for the ongoing session of National Assembly.

 

On this occasion Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri  was also present.
