Islamabad 23rd August, 2019:  5th meeting of the Standing Committee on Inter-Provincial Coordination, (IPC) was held under the Chairmanship of Agha Hassan Baloch, MNA.
 
2.    The Committee unanimously confirmed the minutes of its 4th meeting held on 17th May, 2019.
 
3.    The Committee showed displeasure over the absence of Chairman and Managing Director Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and directed that the presence of both should be ensured in the next meeting. The Committee recommended that the constitution of Pakistan Cricket Board should be discussed briefly in the next meeting. The Committee deferred the briefing on the performance of Pakistan Cricket Board and Pakistan Cricket Team during world cup 2019 due to the absence of Chairman PCB.
 
4.    The Secretary apprised the Committee that the Provincial Sports Policy should focus on development of Sports from grass root level i.e. at District to Provincial level.  The Khyber PakhtunKhwa has finalized its Sports Policy.
 
5.    The Committee questioned the appointment of Secretary Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Mr. Muhammad Asif Bajwa and directed that the detailed briefing should be given on the constitution of PHF and also on the decline of National Sports Hockey in the next meeting. 
 
6.      Mr. Mebhoob Shah, Mr. Gul Dad Khan, Mr. Gul Zafar Khan, Ms. Robina Jamil, Ms. Munawara Bibi Baloch, Mst. Shaheen Naz Saifullah, Mr. Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, Mr. Ali Zahid, Ch. Zulfiqar Ali Bhinder, Rana Mubashir Iqbal, Mr. Muhammad Afzal Khokhar, Mr. Rasheed Ahmed Khan, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Behan, Ms. Shahida Rehmani, Ms. Nasiba Channa, Mr. Muhammad Anwar MNAs and senior officers from the Ministry attended the meeting.
